Helping Employers and Newcomers Find Each Other

My name is Marc-André Ranger, and for more than 25 years I have worked alongside Canadian employers, immigration professionals, and foreign workers. Throughout my career, I've seen firsthand how difficult it can be for employers to find qualified candidates—and just as challenging for newcomers to connect with employers who are actively hiring.

That's why I created ImmiSight.

My goal is simple: to help employers and newcomers find each other more effectively.

For employers, I promote job opportunities through Canada Job Bank, numerous Canadian job boards and search engines, social media, and my LinkedIn network of more than 18,000 followers. This helps your vacancies reach a much broader audience, including newcomers, foreign workers already in Canada, permanent residents, and Canadian citizens.

For newcomers, I use AI-assisted technology to compare résumés with employers' hiring requirements and identify promising matches based on skills, work experience, education, language abilities, and career goals. When I believe there's a good fit, I help connect the candidate with the employer or direct them to apply through the employer's preferred hiring process.

I believe the right opportunity can change someone's life while helping a Canadian business grow. My mission is to make those connections happen more efficiently by combining technology, targeted promotion, and decades of experience in the Canadian immigration and employment landscape.

ImmiSight is not a recruitment or placement agency. I do not make hiring decisions or guarantee employment. My role is to help employers increase the visibility of their opportunities and to help qualified candidates discover jobs that match their skills and aspirations.
